    BOOM BOOM… tropical vibes for your BBQ! This rub combines sweet brown sugar with coconut, mango, lime, lemongrass and a delicious blend of herbs and spices. Chili, smoked paprika, garlic and pepper provide just the right amount of heat.

    Sprinkle it over chicken, pulled pork, spareribs, prawns or a beautiful piece of fish and imagine yourself barbecuing under a palm tree. Also amazing on grilled pineapple or other BBQ fruit creations.
