    Are you serious about smoking fish, meat, sausage or cheese? Then this professional smoker is ready for bigger jobs. The smoker has a fully double-walled construction, ensuring more even temperature distribution and reducing the impact of cold and wind.

    The smoker consists of two separate sections: a spacious smoking chamber and a separate firebox. Both compartments have their own door. Thanks to the smart air and smoke circulation, the smoke moves evenly through the side walls towards the chimney. This ensures that smoke, heat and flavour are distributed evenly throughout the smoking chamber.

    The double-walled construction also helps reduce condensation on the inside. With four heavy-duty 40 x 40 cm grates, you have plenty of space for large quantities of fish, meat, sausage and other foods to smoke. The included thermometer makes it easy to monitor the temperature.

    The smoker is made of heavy-gauge steel and finished with heat-resistant black paint. For a long service life, we recommend treating the exterior twice a year with linseed oil.
