    With the Vonken IR Pyrometer, you know exactly how hot your pizza stone, oven or grill surface is within just a few seconds. The thermometer measures completely contact-free and is suitable for temperatures up to an impressive 550 °C. Ideal for pizza ovens, where the right stone temperature makes the difference between a soggy base and the perfect crispy pizza.

    Point the thermometer at the surface you want to measure and the temperature appears immediately on the digital display. This makes it easy to check different heat zones in your oven without having to get close to the heat. Handy for pizza, but also for bread, pastries and other preparations where an accurate surface temperature is important.

    For a Neapolitan pizza, for example, aim for approximately 430–500 °C, while sourdough bread is baked at around 270 °C. This way, you know exactly when your oven is ready to get started.
