The smooth, moisture-resistant bamboo surface prevents the dough from sticking. Thanks to the beveled edge, the pizza slides easily from the peel into the oven.

    Is your pizza ready? You can also conveniently use the peel as a serving board to present and slice your pizza. After use, clean the pizza peel with warm water and mild soapy water, then let it dry thoroughly. Please note: the peel is not intended for prolonged exposure to the high temperatures of the Ooni pizza oven.
